CONCORD, N.H. (March 3, 2026) – The New Hampshire Lottery broke its all-time single-month record for revenue delivered to New Hampshire public education in December 2025, generating $28.6 million.
In December 2025, each major offering from the New Hampshire Lottery delivered notable contributions. Traditional lottery products generated more than $16 million, sports betting contributed more than $5 million, charitable gaming added more than $4 million and iLottery games and products generated more than $3 million.
"This is excellent momentum leading into 2026, where we will continue to work hard to return the maximum net profit to support the teachers and students in the Granite State.”
“Every single day, our goal is to deliver as much money as possible to New Hampshire public education, and our record December helps us achieve that goal,” said Charlie McIntyre, Executive Director, New Hampshire Lottery. “A record Fiscal Year 2025 and record November 2025 for sports betting leading up to this historic month is a testament to our staff who continually provide engaging offerings to our players across sports betting, charitable gaming, iLottery and traditional lottery products. This is excellent momentum leading into 2026, where we will continue to work hard to return the maximum net profit to support the teachers and students in the Granite State.”
With DraftKings serving as the New Hampshire Lottery’s exclusive sports betting provider, December 2025 was the third most profitable month in the history of New Hampshire sports betting, trailing only November 2025. NFL games were the largest driver of sports betting in December. Since the inception of sports betting in New Hampshire on December 30, 2019, Granite Staters have wagered nearly $4.5 billion, which has generated more than $177 million to support New Hampshire public education.
Traditional lottery games also contributed heavily to December’s record-breaking profits, especially Powerball, which saw a run to the fourth-largest lottery jackpot of all time. December also consistently delivers strong scratch ticket sales as these games make such great gifts around the holidays, particularly the New Hampshire Lottery’s variety of holiday and winter-themed games.
