Texas Lottery Offers Holiday Magic in Four New Scratch Ticket Games

AUSTIN (November 20, 2025) – ‘Tis the season for winning as the Texas Lottery® launches a new suite of holiday-themed scratch ticket games. With four new games available at various price points, the tickets are perfect for holiday giftgiving and festive fun, offering more than $78.1 million in total prizes.


The new holiday lineup includes:

  • Reindeer Riches: This $10 game in three color scenes (green, blue and red) gives players a chance to win one of five top prizes worth $250,000. With over $40 million in total prizes, Reindeer Riches is set to make the holidays even brighter with more than 1.6 million winning tickets available in the game.

  • Winter Winnings: At the $5 price point, Winter Winnings offers a shot at a blizzard of cash, including five top prizes of $100,000. The game, featuring three winter snow globe scenes and holographic accents in the design, is loaded with more than $20.7 million in total prizes.

  • Holiday Word Blast: A festive twist on a player favorite, this $3 game combines the fun of a word game with the thrill of a chance to win. Standing out with holographic effects on the ticket, Holiday Word Blast offers over $12 million in total prizes, including five top prizes of $50,000.

  • White Elephant: The perfect $1 stocking stuffer, White Elephant contains more than two million winning tickets throughout the game, offering over $5.4 million in total prizes, including dozens of $500 top prizes – conveniently making all prizes claimable at retail where available.


“We’re excited to offer our players the chance to add a little holiday magic with these four new seasonal scratch ticket games,” said Courtney Arbour, executive director of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR), which oversees the Texas Lottery. “With a range of prices and prize levels, these games make for fun and festive gifts for anyone 18 or older, all while supporting public education in Texas.”


Shoppers can use the Scratch Ticket and Retailer Locator on the Texas Lottery® website or on the Texas Lottery App to find the games in their area now. Anyone buying a ticket must be 18 or older and tickets must not be purchased for minors.


In Fiscal Year 2025, the Texas Lottery generated $7.91 billion in sales, providing $1.8 billion to the State of Texas. That total includes $1.77 billion for the Foundation School Fund, which supports public education, and a record $31.1 million for the Fund for Veterans’ Assistance.
