Pennsylvania Lottery Announces New Holiday Line-up Featuring ELF-Themed Scratch-Off and Fast Play Tickets

Plus! Holiday-themed Second-Chance Drawing Offers Players a Chance to Win a Share of more than $1.2 Million in Prizes.
Middletown, Pa. (November 14, 2025) – As the holiday season approaches, the Pennsylvania Lottery is bringing extra sparkle and cheer with its Oh, What Fir-tune Second-Chance Drawing. Players 18 and older can unwrap more ways to win this season by entering non-winning holiday-themed Scratch-Off and Fast Play tickets and both winning and non-winning qualifying Draw Game and Monitor Game tickets. This special Second-Chance Drawing gives players a chance to win a share of more than $1.2 million in prizes, including money to play the PA Lottery online.

Here’s a breakdown of which games are eligible:
Non-winning holiday-themed Scratch-Off tickets: [$30] Merry Money Match, [$20] Fro$ted Fortune, [$10] $2,500 Festive Frenzy, [$5] ELF, [$3] Trim the Tree X-word, [$2] Snow Place Like Home, and [$1] Ho Ho Ho. Eligible Scratch-Offs may be entered for chances to win one of two top prizes of $150,000, one of eight prizes of $25,000, one of four prizes of $5,000, plus a chance to win one of 50 prizes of $100 to play online.
Non-winning holiday-themed Fast Play tickets: [$10] Warm Wishes, [$5] ELF, [$2] Present Pileup, and [$1] Hot Cocoa Cashout. Eligible Fast Play tickets may be entered for chances to win one top prize of $150,000, one of four prizes of $25,000, one of two prizes of $5,000, plus a chance to win one of 50 prizes of $100 to play online.
Draw and Monitor Game tickets purchased at a licensed Lottery retailer: PICK 2, PICK 3, PICK 4, PICK 5, Cash 5 with Quick Cash, Treasure Hunt, Match 6 Lotto, Cash4Life®, Powerball®, and Mega Millions®, Derby Cash and Keno. Qualifying Draw Game and Monitor Game tickets may be entered for chances to win one of two top prizes of $150,000, one of six prizes of $25,000, one of four prizes of $5,000, plus a chance to win one of 50 prizes of $100 to play online.
Note: Draw Game tickets purchased online are not eligible for this drawing. Additionally, Millionaire Raffle tickets are also not eligible for entry.
