FT. MYERS, Fla. (December 8, 2025) – Today, the Florida Lottery announced the grand opening of its newly relocated Fort Myers District Office. The move marks a significant milestone in the Lottery’s continued efforts to enhance customer service and strengthen community engagement across Southwest Florida. The new office offers a larger, refreshed, welcoming environment designed to better serve players, retailers, and partners throughout the region.
“The Florida Lottery is proud to celebrate the opening of our newly relocated Fort Myers District Office, an updated, customer-centered space that enhances the convenience and accessibility for the Southwest Florida community,” said Chief of Staff Reggie Dixon. “This new office was designed with our players in mind and reflects our continued commitment to providing a welcoming, efficient, and accessible experience for everyone we serve.”
The new Fort Myers District Office will continue serving Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands, Lee, Manatee, and Sarasota counties, ensuring that players and retailers throughout the region receive the same exceptional service and support they’ve come to expect from the Florida Lottery.
The relocation underscores the Florida Lottery’s dedication to providing high-quality service to players and retailers while continuing to generate critical funding for Florida’s educational programs. The new office, located in Sam’s Club Plaza, 5100 S. Cleveland Avenue, Suite 307, Fort Myers, FL 33907, replaces the former office at 11760 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers, FL 33966.
