Florida Lottery Recognizes Bright Futures Scholarship Recipients at Florida FFA Convention

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (June 18, 2026) – The Florida Lottery recognized outstanding student leaders and Bright Futures Scholarship recipients this week during the Florida Future Farmers of America (FFA) Convention, celebrating students whose leadership, academic achievement, and service are helping shape the future of agriculture in Florida.

Florida Lottery Secretary Reginald Dixon joined students, educators, and FFA advisors to recognize five student leaders who have earned Bright Futures scholarships and demonstrated excellence through their involvement in FFA.

“Florida’s students are the future of our state, and it is an honor to recognize these outstanding young leaders for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to success,” said Florida Lottery Secretary Reginald D. Dixon. “Through the Bright Futures Scholarship Program, the Florida Lottery is proud to help students pursue higher education and prepare for meaningful careers that strengthen communities across Florida.”

During the event, the Florida Lottery presented Bright Futures medallions to the following student leaders in recognition of their academic achievement and leadership:

• Ryleigh Locke, Area II State Vice President

• Reagan Rowe, Area III State Vice President

• Trenton Felton, Area VI State Vice President

• Isabelle Jenkins, State Secretary
