Brittany D’Haenens has demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision in modernizing the Hoosier Lottery’s digital presence. Over the past two years, she has led the successful procurement and onboarding of a new web provider, which will translate to an upgrade of the Lottery’s website and alignment with its mobile application. These digital enhancements were not only a technical feat but a strategic move to instill confidence in the platform, better engage players and improve the user experience.

Under Brittany’s guidance, the Hoosier Lottery completed three major procurement efforts, each of which significantly advanced capabilities in digital marketing, player engagement, and operational efficiency. Her foresight and execution have positioned the Lottery to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of players.

Beyond digital innovation, Brittany manages a large and dynamic team, overseeing a wide scope of work that includes brand awareness, retail promotions, activations, sponsorships, and a robust in-house design team responsible for thousands of point-of-sale advertising pieces annually. Her ability to lead with clarity and purpose has resulted in a highly efficient and creative team that consistently delivers excellence.

This past year, Brittany spearheaded several initiatives to elevate the Lottery’s reach and relevance. These included renegotiating draw station partnerships, expanding no-purchase-necessary and second chance promotions, and executing digital and social promotions designed to enhance the player experience beyond the transaction. Her initiatives have opened new pathways for player engagement and increased interaction with the Hoosier Lottery brand.
