In a remarkably short period, she has become a trusted member of Florida Lottery’s team, providing critical support for executive-level communications, stakeholder engagement, and industry partnership initiatives.
During the nomination period, Paola played a pivotal role in the successful planning and execution of several high-profile projects, most notably supporting the implementation of a new activation-space concept designed to enhance stakeholder engagement and strengthen the Lottery’s presence at industry events. Taking ownership of project coordination, deliverable tracking, partner communications, and logistical planning, she ensured seamless execution while effectively managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive approach were instrumental to the initiative’s success.
