Ohio Lottery Surprises 20 Ohio Teachers With $1,000 Classroom Wish List Awards

CLEVELAND (November 21, 2025) – The Ohio Lottery has announced the 20 teachers selected to receive up to $1,000 each to fund items on their Amazon Teacher Wish Lists as part of the Ohio Lottery's Giving Back Program. The 20 teachers were selected in a random drawing of all licensed K-12 educators in Ohio, with five teachers chosen from each of the state’s four quadrants to ensure fairness and statewide representation. The chosen teachers are:

Eric Poorman, River Valley High School
Jacqueline McCammon, Hayes Intermediate School
Teacher from Edon Elementary School
Tonya Howard, Rothenberg Preparatory Academy

Kelsey Dickey, Fairfield Local High School
Ginger Isaac, West Clermont Middle School
Brian Eggleton, Miami Trace Middle School
