Director of Sales Operations, Brightstar Indiana on behalf of the Hoosier Lottery

Jeremy Sivis delivered one of the most impactful performance years in Brightstar Indiana’s history. His leadership, innovation, and operational excellence directly reflect the values of the Powers Award and set new standards across the organization.

Jeremy led Indiana’s most significant operational initiative of 2025, the optimization of the Self‑Service network. He planned and executed the deployment of 600 new GameTouch units and oversaw 1,065 total placements, achieving 100% delivery‑day success and generating $38.8 million in revenue, nearly $5 million above goal. His disciplined, system‑based approach drove measurable, transformational growth.

Jeremy delivered two major retail innovations:

  • Kroger Exterior Jackpot Signage: The first outdoor fuel‑rated digital jackpot sign, now approved for 37 locations.

  • Fast Play Progressive Signage: A modular system enabling flexible and scalable installations.

Both innovations strengthened Indiana’s competitive position and are now under national evaluation.

Amid retirements and the sudden loss of a team member, Jeremy demonstrated resilience, empathy, and decisive leadership. Within hours, he rebuilt workflows and partnered with Divisional Licensing to redesign retailer onboarding, turning crisis response into a long‑term organizational improvement.

Jeremy mentored and elevated a colleague into management, rebuilt POS and inventory processes, hired a statewide coordinator, and strengthened succession readiness. His leadership continues to enhance team capability and culture.

A recognized analytics leader, he introduced new tools for self‑service penetration, territory indexing, and reinvestment strategies. His insights drove record self‑service performance, including Indiana’s highest Christmas week sales ever, reversing prior declines.

Additionally, he played a pivotal role in the Walgreens national expansion initiative, helping design merchandising, accounting, security, inventory, and training frameworks that will influence nationwide launches. Indiana was selected as the first U.S. market due in large part to Jeremy’s leadership.

Jeremy embodies excellence, integrity, and innovation synonymous with the Powers legacy. His recent achievements spanning operational mastery, cross‑functional influence, and transformative business impact make him exceptionally deserving of the 2026 Powers Award.
