Interactive Product Director, Georgia Lottery Corporation

Erin Murphy has been a leading champion of the Georgia Lottery Corporation’s iLottery program for more than 13 years. Her leadership, visionary mindset and strategic approach have made her an invaluable member of the team and a truly deserving candidate for this prestigious recognition.

Erin has served as the Interactive Product Director for the Georgia Lottery for over 13 years. She began her career at the GLC months after they launched its iLottery sales channel in 2013 and

played an instrumental role in its introduction. She directs and develops the Lottery's interactive product strategy and ensures implementation, serving as the main liaison between the Georgia Lottery and its vendors for iLottery gaming.

During her tenure, the Lottery has expanded its portfolio of iLottery products to include multiple draw and Diggi (e-instant) game offerings – resulting in a 10,900% increase in sales – growing from $10 million to $1.1 billion annually. Under her leadership, net sales have totaled over $5 billion.

Under Erin's guidance, iLottery has secured a significant share of the Georgia Lottery portfolio. Through consistent quarter-over-quarter growth, the program has become a vital source of diversification for the organization. Her leadership has not only positioned iLottery as a strong standalone channel but has also strengthened its ability to support and enhance retail performance. As retail habits evolve, her work to mirror Diggi games with physical scratchers and promote cross-channel engagement encourages players to participate online while also visiting retail locations. Her strategic thinking drives growth across all areas and provides players with a more complete, modern, and seamless experience.

Beyond her visionary ideas, Erin is an exceptional leader and a trusted liaison throughout the organization. She opened the door to a digital future for the Georgia Lottery, and in doing so has helped maximize revenues that directly support Georgia's students. Thanks to her work, more than 2.3 million students have benefited from the HOPE Scholarship, and 2.2 million Pre-K students have had the opportunity to attend a state-of-the-art early

learning program.

Erin's contributions continue to create pathways for the next generation of thinkers and

leaders. Her leadership has made a lasting impact on the Georgia Lottery and the students its proceeds support, and her work reflects the leadership, vision and commitment recognized by the Powers Award.
